Makedonya’nın dört büyük partisi VMRO DPMNE, SDSM, DUİ ve DPA temsilcileri seçim maratonuna girmeden seçim yasasını değiştirmek istiyor.
Şu ana kadar yapılan görüşmelerde aktiv seçmen kaydıyla yeni seçmen listesi oluşturulması konusunda ortak mutabakata varıldı. VMRO çoğunluk oylama sistemini isterken, SDSM şu an mevcut olan 6 seçim bölgesi yerine tek seçim bölgesi olmasını istiyor.
Çoğunluk sistemini destekleyen VMRO lideri ve başbakan Nikola Gruevski, “seçimi kazanan partiye mecliste fazladan 17 koltuk verilmesi” önerisinde bulundu. Başbakan’ın bu önerisi SDSM ve DUİ tarafından reddedildi.
Taraflar perşembe günü Cumhuriyet Savcılığı’nın yetkilerini tartışmak üzere bir araya gelecek. Öte yandan Adalet Bakanı Adnan Yaşari yaptığı açıklamada “Cumhuriyet Savcılığı için özel yasanın gerektiğini” söyledi. “Savcılık yasasının değişmesiyle Cumhuriyet savcısının özerklik kazanmayacağını” sözlerine ekledi.
