Bulgaristan’da öğretmen maaşları, 1 Ocak 2020 itibariyle bugün milletvekillerinin onayladığı öğretmen ücretleri için 60 milyon leva ek harcamalar yapılması önerisi sayesinde ortalama % 18 artacak.
Ek harcamalar yapılması önerisi, bugün Meclis Genel Kurulunda ikinci tur oylaması yapılan 2020 Yılı Merkezi Yönetim Bütçe Kanun Tasarısı’nın onaylanması sonucunda kabul edildi. Eğitim ve Bilim Bakanlığı’nın (MON) bütçesinde personel giderleri kalemi için 430 milyon leva öngörülmektedir, bu miktarın 360 milyon levalık kısmı öğretmen maaşları için harcanacak.
Bu artış, sendikalar ve işveren örgütleri tarafından MON’da kasım ayı başında imzalanan Toplu İş Sözleşmesi ekinde belirtildi. Sözleşmeye göre en düşük öğretmen maaşı 1085 leva olacak. En düşük kıdemli öğretmen maaşı 1120 leva, en düşük başöğretmen maaşı 1176, en düşük okul müdür maaşı ise 1334 leva olacak.
Bulgaristan Sosyalist Partisi (BSP) İttifakı Milletvekili İrena Anastasova, kendisi ve diğer BSP milletvekillerinin okullar için öğrenci birim maliyetlerinin % 16, öğretmen maaşlarının ise % 18 arttığından endişe duyduklarını söyledi. Onun ifadesine göre, maaşlarda bu artışa ulaşamayacak olan okullar, diğer gider kalemlerinin olumsuz yönde etkilenmemesi için başka bir şekilde desteklenmelidir.
