Sırbistan tarafından Kosova’da işlenen savaş suçlarının yargılanması için komisyon kuruldu.
Kosova Meclisi bugün 66 oy ile Kosova halkına karşı Sırbistan tarafından işlenen savaş suçlarının yargılanması için milletvekili Bilall Sherifi tarafından önerilen bir komisyonun kurulmasını onayladı.
Parlamento grupları bu komisyon üyelerini önerdi. Dolaysıyla LDK’dan Armend Zemaj, PDK’dan Mergim Lushtaku, Vetvendosje’den Saranda Bogujevci, AAK’dan Muharem Nitaj, PSD’dan Aida Derguti, 6+ parlamento grubu adına da Danush Ademi önerildi.
Konuyla ilgili Meclisin tüm milletvekilleri için kabul edilir bir kararın çıkarılacağı ümidi belirtildi.
Komisyon önericisi Bilall Sherifi, bu modelin Srebrenica için onaylanan kararla ilgili Avrupa Parlamentosundan alındığını belirtti.
Sherifi, Mecliste ve dışında bu komisyona yardımda bulunacak uzmanların olduğunu sözlerine ekledi.
