Gazze Şeridi’nin güneyindeki Han Yunus kentine bağlı Huzaa Şehitleri Kız Lisesi’nde okuyan öğrenciler, eğitimlerine İsrail askerlerinin silah sesleri altında devam ediyor.
Filistinli öğrenciler için İsrail sınırına 700 metre mesafedeki okullarına ulaşmak da orada ders işlemek de hiç kolay değil. İsrail askerlerinin olası hareketliliği ve birliklerin sınır ihlalleri nedeniyle öğrenciler her sabah okula tetikte gidiyor.
Kimi zaman silah sesleri altında ders gören öğrenciler, eğitim hayatını endişe içinde ama kararlılıkla sürdürüyor.
Lise öğrencisi Emire Kadih, AA muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, sınırdaki İsrail askerlerinin yol açtığı korkuyu şöyle anlattı:
“Her sabah, İsrail askerlerinin sınır ihlali yapacağı, buldozerlerle bölgeye gireceği ya da ateş edeceği korkusuyla okula geliyoruz. Askerler zaman zaman okul yakınlarındaki tarım arazilerine girerek buraları talan ediyor. Biz de sık sık silah ve patlama sesleri duyuyoruz. Arkadaşlarımızla stres ve endişe içinde ders işliyoruz.”
“Öğretmenlerimiz hayatımızdan endişe ediyor”
Askerlerin tarım arazilerine gelişigüzel saldırılarından okulun da zarar gördüğünü ve binaya kurşunların isabet ettiğini belirten Kadih, “Bizim sınıf askeri gözetleme kulesinin tam karşısında bulunuyor. Ders sırasında askerlerin her hareketini görebiliyoruz. Bu da herhangi bir hareketlilikte endişemizin artmasına, derse olan dikkatimizin azalmasına neden oluyor. Sürekli ‘Acaba bize kurşun isabet eder mi?’ diye düşünüyoruz. Bu çok acı bir durum.” diye konuştu.
Kadih, böyle bir ortamda eğitim almanın son derece zor olduğunu aktarırken, “Geçenlerde İsrail askerleri tarım arazilerine saldırmış biz de kurşunlar nedeniyle sınıfta yere yatmıştık. Bu durum korku ve endişenin yanında ders programımızı da etkiliyor. Beden eğitimi dersi için bahçeye çıkamıyoruz. Öğretmenlerimiz silah saldırılarına karşı hayatımızdan endişe ediyor.” ifadelerini kullandı.
Uluslararası topluma seslenen Kadih, çocuk haklarıyla ilgili kurumlara, İsrail’in ihlallerine karşı öğrencilerin emniyeti için harekete geçme çağrısında bulundu.
