Savcı Fatime Fetai, tutuklanması sırasında herhangi bir direnç göstermeyen Lube Boşkoski’ye tehditler ve aşırı güç kullanımı dolayısıyla eski istihbarat şefi dahil yedi şüpheli kişi hakkında soruşturma başlatıldığını kaydetti. Savcıya göre şüpheli olan hiçbir kişi için tutuklama talep edilmedi.
Savcı Fatime Fetai elde edilen kanıtlara dayanarak tutuklanan kişiye işkence yapıldığını, göz dağı verildiğini ve aşağılandığını belirtti. Tutuklanma sürecine katılan herkes, “Alfa” Polis Birimi tarafınca iktidar partisinin siyasi rakibini nasıl tutuklandığını kamuoyuna göstermek istediğini vurguladı.
