Kosova’da muhalefet partileri Vetëvendosje Hareketi, AAK ve Nisma Partisi, İsa Mustafa Hükümeti’nden derhal istifa etmesini talep etti.
Kosova Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin, Kosova’da Sırp belediyeler Birliği’nin kurulmasını öngören Anlaşma’da ye alan bazı maddelerin Kosova Anayasası’na uygun olmadığı yönünde yaptığı değerlendirmelerinin ardındam, muhalefet, hükümetin istifa etmesi gerektiği görüşünü savundu.
Muhalafet, Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin, Sırp Belediyeler Birliği Anlaşması’nı Anayasa’ya aykırı olarak nitelendirdiğine vurgu yaptı.
Birleşik muhalefet tarafından yapılan yazılı açılamada, 25 Ağustos 2015 tarihinde Brüksel’de Kosova Başbakanı İsa Mustafa ile Sırbistan Başbakanı Aleksandar Vuçiç tarafından izmalanan Sırp belediyler Birliği Anlaşması’nın Kosova Anayasası ile uyuşmadığına öteden beri dikkat çektiği, dolayısiyle Anlaşma’nın genelde anayasaya aykırı olduğu belirtildi.
Yazılı açıklamada, Başbakan İsa Mustafa ile Başbakan Yardımcısı Hashim Thaçi’nin anayasayı ihlal etmelerinden dolayı hesap vermeleri gerektiği görüşüne yer verildi.
