Hayrat Vakfı, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Eğitim Bakanlığı ve Kuzey Makedonya’dan Merhamet Derneği ile Vizion M Derneği işbirliğinde başkent Üsküp’ün yanı sıra Studeniçan, Kumanova, Lipkova, Kalkandelen, Gostivar, Vrapçişte, Kırçova ve Sturga’da Osmanlı Türkçesi kursları başlatıyor. Son başvuru tarihi ise 22 Şubat olarak belirlendi.
