Eğitimde Kalitenin Artması Örgütü (ORCA) üniversitelerin kapatılmayacağını ve öğrenimlerine devam eden öğrencilerin öğrenimlerine devam edeceği, sadece yeni öğrenci kaydı yapılamayacağını duyurdu.
Bunun dışında Kolegji Biznesi ve Juridica kolejleri de bu öğretim yılı yeni öğrenci alamayacak. Bu iki eğitim kuruluşu akreditasyon başvurusunda bulunmadığı için otomatik olarak akredite edilmedi.
