İsveç’te Müslümanlara sosyal medyadan hakaret eden kadına hapis cezası verildi.
İsveç’in Linköping kentinde yaşayan 50 yaşındaki bir kadın, sosyal medya hesabı üzerinden Müslümanlara hakaret suçundan 60 gün hapis cezasına çarptırıldı.
İsveç resmi haber ajansı TT’nin haberinde, bir kadının sosyal medya hesabından yaptığı paylaşımda “Müslümanlar iğrenç insanlar” ifadesini kullandığı kaydedildi.
Paylaşımı nedeniyle hakkında “nefret suçu” işlediği gerekçesiyle dava açılan ve Linköping Mahkemesinde yargılanan kadının suçlu bulunduğu belirtilen haberde, mahkemenin kadına verdiği 60 günlük hapis cezasını yaklaşık 360 avro para cezasına çevirdiği bildirildi.
İsveç’te temmuz ayında Malmö Bölge Mahkemesi, sosyal medyada Afgan ve İsveçli siyasetçilere hakaret eden bir kadını nefret suçu işlediği gerekçesiyle 80 gün hapse mahkum etmişti. Mahkeme daha sonra kadının hapis cezasını paraya çevirerek yaklaşık 400 avro ödemesinde karar kılmıştı.
Göteborg kentinde ağustos ayında da 70 yaşındaki İsveçli bir kadın sosyal medyada Müslümanlara yönelik hakaret içeren paylaşımlar yaptığı için bin 200 avro para cezasına çarptırılmıştı.
