Avrupa Birliği (AB) Komisyonunun Komşuluk Politikası ve Genişleme Müzakerelerinden Sorumlu Üyesi Johannes Hahn, yılın sonlarına doğru Bosna Hersek’i ziyaret ederek bu ülkenin AB geleceğini bir kez daha hatırlatmak istediğini ifade etti.
Hahn, Bosna Hersek’in başkenti Saraybosna’daki temasları kapsamında, Bosna Hersek Bakanlar Konseyi Başkanı Denis Zvizdic ile görüştü. Görüşmede Maliye ve Hazine Bakanı Vjekoslav Bevanda ile Dış Ticaret ve Ekonomi Bakanı Mirko Sarovic de hazır bulundu.
Hahn, hükümet binasındaki görüşmenin ardından düzenlenen ortak basın toplantısında, yıl sonuna doğru burayı ziyaret ederek Bosna Hersek’e “AB geleceğini” hatırlatmak istediğini belirterek AB’ye üyelik sürecinde Bosna Hersek’in attığı birçok önemli adımda sona yaklaşılmasından duyduğu memnuniyeti dile getirdi.
AB Komiseri Hahn, bu adımların en önemlisi olarak gördükleri AB Soru Kitapçığı’nın Bosnalı makamlarca yanıtlanarak teslim edilmesiyle kendilerinin de üzerlerine düşeni yapacaklarını vurguladı.
Bosna Hersek’te kırsal kalkınmada önemli adımlar atılmasından memnuniyet duyduğunu söyleyen Hahn, “Kırsal kalkınmanın genişlemesi ve bu sektörün kapasitesinin büyütülmesi, AB pazarında ihracata olanak sağlaması açısından önemlidir.” dedi.
Ülke ekonomisinin gelişmesi için altyapının önemli olduğuna işaret eden Hahn, “Aynı şekilde çalışmaya devam edin. Önemli olan vatandaşların çıkarı. Olumlu yaklaşımımı sürdürüyorum. Bosna Hersek’in gereken sorumluluklarını bir an önce yerine getireceğini umut ediyorum.” diye konuştu.
“Soruların yüzde 96’sı yanıtlandı”
Bakanlar Konseyi Başkanı Zvizdic de ülkesinin AB Soru Kitapçığı’nı yıl sonuna kadar teslim edeceğini belirterek “Kitapçıktaki soruların yüzde 96’sı ana dilde yanıtlandı. Bunların yüzde 85’i de tercüme edildi. Kalan kısmı da yetkili organlarla tamamlayacağız.” ifadesini kullandı.
Batı Balkanlar ve AB ile ekonomik gelişme sağlayacak her türlü süreçte yer almak istediklerini vurgulayan Zvizdic, “Bosna Hersek’in, AB’nin şubat ayında açıklayacağı yeni stratejisinde AB üyelik sürecinde yeni bir dinamik kazanmış ve AB’nin Batı Balkanlar genişlemesine dahil edilmiş bir ülke olarak tanıtılmasını temenni ediyorum.” diye konuştu.
Hahn, Saraybosna’daki temasları çerçevesinde AB desteğiyle inşa edilen yeni savcılık binasının açılışına da katıldı.
