Bugün 2017 Devlet Bütçesi onaylanırsa, Makedonya Meclisi feshedilecek. Ancak yine de erken seçimlerin yapılması gerektiği 24 Nisan ve 5 Haziran deneyimlerini göz önünden bulundurduğumuz zaman 11 Aralık tarihi için de kesin bir söz söylemek mümkün değil.
Meclis Başkanı Trayko Velyanovski geçen hafta yaptığı açıklamada 2017 yılı Devlet Bütçesi’nin onaylanmasının hemen ardından bugün 17 Ekim’de meclisin feshedileceğini kaydetti. Bütçe bugün Genel Kurulun gündeminde. Tüzüğe göre bütçe tartışması en çok beş gün sürebilir. Milletvekillerinin tartışmaları bir gün için tamamlayıp tamamlayamayacakları belli değil. Seçimlerin 11 Aralık’ta düzenlenmesi için Meclis’in en geç 27 Ekim’de feshedilmesi gerekiyor.
İktidar Meclisin ilk önce bütçeyi onaylaması ardından da feshedilmesini istiyor. Ana muhalefet ise bütçeyi yeni hükümetin getirmesi gerektiğini savunuyor.
Bütçe dışında eğer son dakikada yasa tasarısı meclise geldiği takdirde milletvekilleri seçim bölgelerinin değişmesini de tartışabilir. Ancak dört büyük partiden oluşan çalışma grubu bu konuda anlaşma sağlayamadı. Dolayısıyla bu konu da açıkta kaldı.
Özel Yetkili Savcılığın da talep ettiği yasa değişiklerinin gündeme gelmesi ihtimali çok düşük. Ana muhalafet dışında bu konuda Pırjino Anlaşması’nı imzalaya diğer üç partinin bu yönde herhangi bir talebi yok.
