Bulgaristan Enerji ve Su Düzenleme Komisyonu (KEVR) Başkanı Doç. Dr. İvan İvanov, elektrik enerjisi ve ısı enerjisi ücreti ile ilgili basın mensuplarına verdiği brifingde, ”Ev aboneleri için elektrik fiyatındaki ortalama artış % 2,90 levadır” diye bildirdi.
Yeni fiyatlara ilişkin kararın bugün saat 14.00’de alındığını belirten Doç. Dr. İvanov, bugün onaylanan fiyatların 27 Mayıs 2019 tarihinde kabul edilen raporun öngördüğü fiyatlardan daha düşük olduğuna dikkat çekti. O zaman ortalama zammın yüzde 3,48 oranında olmasının öngörüldüğünü anımsattı.
ÇEZ şirketinin ev aboneleri, yüzde 2,90 oranında, EVN Şirketinin ev aboneleri yüzde 2,97 oranında ve Energo Pro şirketinin ev aboneleri yüzde 2,80 oranında zam ödeyecekler.
KEVR Başkanı, “Isı enerjisi fiyatındaki ortalama artış yüzde 3,53” diye belirtti.
Doç. Dr. İvanov, “Toplofikacia Sofia Şirketinin aboneleri yüzde 3,06 oranında ve Toplofikacia Razgrad Şirketinin aboneleri yüzde 8,56 oranında zam ödeyecekler. Bununla birlikte Toplofikacia Gabrovo Şirketinin aboneleri yüzde 12,53’ten yüzde 10’un biraz altına düşen tutarda daha düşük fiyat ödeyecekler. Toplofikacia Vratsa Şirketinin aboneleri de yüzde 7,52’den yüzde 3,80’e düşen tutarda olmak üzere yaklaşık iki kat daha düşük ücret ödeyecekler” dedi.
KEVR Başkanı, topluma hizmet katkı payının MWh başına 20,49 levadan MWh başına 19,57 levaya düşürüldüğünü ve baz enerji fiyatının MWh başına 89 leva olmaya devam ettiğini kaydetti.
