Bulgaristan Ulusal Radyosu’na (BNR) konuşan Bulgaristan Gıda Güvenliği Ajansı Gıda Kontrolü Daire Başkanı Tatyana Nikolova, an itibariyle ülkede 23 şirketin taklit ürünler ürettiğini kaydetti.
Nikolova, 19 Temmuz’a kadar 63 şirketin iki tür ürün üretme şansına sahip olduğunu açıkladı.
Gıda Kontrolü Daire Başkanı,”14 Ocak 2019 tarihinden itibaren taklit süt ürünleri, tüketiciye kendine ait ambalajlı olarak satışa sunulacak ve tüketiciler onları özel olarak belirlenen stantlarda bulabilecekler” dedi.
Nikolova, bu yıl 19 Temmuz tarihinde yeni yönetmelik yürürlüğe girmeden önce ambalajlanan piyasadaki taklit ürünlerin, 14 Ocak 2019 tarihine kadar satışına devam edileceğini belirtti.
14 Ekim 2018 tarihinden sonra Bulgaristan Gıda Güvenliği Ajansı, taklit ürünlerin satışına yönelik değişikliklere uyulup uyulmadığını kontrol etmeye başlayacak.
Nikolova,” Kurum, işletmecilerin yönetmeliğin bu gereğini nasıl yerine getirdiğini görmek için süt ürünleri üreten, taklit eden veya yeniden paketleyen işletmelerde denetimler gerçekleştirir” dedi.
Gıda Kontrolü Daire Başkanı ayrıca an itibariyle yeni düzenlemenin gerekliliklerine uyulmadığına dair hiçbir işaret bulunmadığını, ancak kontrollerin henüz tamamlanmadığını belirtti.
