Bulgaristan ve Suudi Arabistan, hava ve deniz taşımacılığı alanında işbirliği yapacak.
Bulgaristan Başbakanı Boyko Borisov’un başkanlığındaki Bulgar hükümet heyeti kapsamında Suudi Arabistan’ı ziyarette bulunan Ulaştırma, Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Bakanı Ivaylo Moskovski, Suudi Arabistan Ulaştırma Bakanı Nabil bin Mohamed Al-Amudi ile görüştü. Görüşmeden sonra basına açıklamalarda bulunan Moskovski, “Hava ve deniz taşımacılığı alanında işbirliği anlaşmaları hazırlanması yönünde Suudi Arabistan Ulaştırma Bakanlığı ile ortak çalışmaya başlıyoruz” diye duyurdu.
Bakanlar Moskovski ve Nabil bin Mohamed Al-Amudi, hava taşımacılığı alanında işbirliği anlaşması taslağını ele aldılar. İkisi bu belge ile iki ülke arasındaki ilişkilerin güçlendirileceğine dair kanaatini dile getirdiler. Bu anlaşma Bulgaristan ile Suudi Arabistan arasındaki hava bağlantılarının iyileştirilmesine ve havayolu yolcu ve yük trafiğinin artmasına da katkıda bulunacak.
Bakan Moskovski, mevkidaşına Bulgaristan’da ulaşım altyapısına ilişkin projeler konusunda kamu-özel ortaklıkları oluşturulmasına yönelik iş fırsatları ve Ulaştırma, Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Bakanlığının imtiyaz programı hakkında bilgi verdi. Ayrıca ikisi metro yapımında deneyim alışverişi ve iyi uygulamaları ele aldılar. Bakan Moskovski, Suudi Arabistan Krallığı’ndan yatırımcılar cezbetmeyi başardığı takdirde bunun Bulgaristan için büyük bir ekonomik başarı olacağı görüşünü paylaştı.
Bulgaristan heyetinin Suudi Arabistan’da resmi temasları çerçevesinde Bakan Moskovski, Sanayi ve Ticaret Odaları Konseyi üyelerinin Bulgaristan’ın iş dünyası temsilcileriyle gerçekleştirdiği görüşmeye katıldı. İş Forumu sırasında Bulgar ve Suudi Arabistanlı firmalar arasında bilgi teknolojileri ve iletişim alanındaki işbirliğini artırma fırsatları ele alındı.
