Park, ziyaretçilerin dikkatini hemen çeken yemyeşil taç misali doğa ortasında bulunuyor.
İklim şartları, flora ve faunanın zenginliğine ortam sağlarken, ormanlık alan deniz seviyesinden 900 metre yükseklikte başlayıp ağırlıklı olarak meşe, çam ve ardıç ağaçlarından oluşuyor.
Hotova Milli Parkı’nda gri ayı, tilki, kurt, ceylan, yaban domuzu başta olmak üzere çok sayıda hayvan yaşıyor. Temiz hava ve serin su kaynakları, Hotova’yı doğaseverleri cazibe merkezi haline getirmiş durumda.
