Devlet Sekreter Yardımcısı Matthew Palmer’in Kosova ziyaretini Amerika Bilresik Devletleri Priştine Büyükelçiliği duyurdu. Bu ziyaretin tarihi konusunda bir ayrıntı verilmedi. Palmer, Devlet Sekreteri Mike Pompeo tarafından 30 Ağustos’ta sekreter yardımcısı görevine atandı.
Karadağ ziyareti sırasında açıklama yapan Palmer, Kosova’da seçimlerden sonra kurulacak ve dialoğu sürdürecek hükümeti destekleyeceklerini söyledi.
