Kosova Altyapı Bakanı Pal Lekaj Priştine ile Üsküp arasındaki “Arben Xhaferi” otoyolunun yapımında yaşanan gecikmelerin cezalandırılacağını açıkladı.
Kosova Altyapı Bakanı Pal Lekaj, Priştine ile Üsküp arasındaki “Arben Xhaferi” otoyolunun yapımında yaşanan gecikmeler nedeniyle, otoyolun yapımını gerçekleştiren ABD-Türk ortaklığı “Bechtel – Enka” şirketinin cezalandırılacağını açıkladı.
31 Aralık tarihinde tamamlanması gereken otoyolun inşaatında meydana gelen gecikmelerin yüklenici firmaya karşı cezasız kalmayacağını kaydeden Bakan Lekaj, sözleşmenin yerine getirilmediğini anımsattı.
Sözleşmede söz konusu otoyolun 42 ay içinde tamamlanmasının öngörüldüğünü, ardından sözleşmede değişiklik yapılarak otoyolun 31 Aralık 2019 tarihinde hizmet verilmesinin planlandığını belirten Altyapı Bakanı Pal Lekaj, her iki tarihin aşıldığını, dolayısıyla ceza konusunun gündeme geldiğini söyledi.
