VMRO DPMNE yaptığı açıklamada, Özel Yetkili Savcılık’ın yasa dışı dinlemeleri imha etmesi gerektiğini belirtti.
VMRO DPMNE, Özel Yetkili Savılık’ı yasalara uyarak yasa dışı dinlemeleri istisnasız yasal prosedürü uygulayıp kayıt altına alarak imha etmeye çağırdı. VMRO DPMNE’den Boyan Stoyanovski yaptığı açıklamada, “Yasa dışı dinlemelerin imha edilmemesi, korunması ve kullanılması kaba ve görevi ciddi şekilde suistimal etme anlamına geliyor, bu aynı zamanda kanunlar çerçevesinde de bir suç” dedi.
Stoyanovski, Özel Yetkili Savcılık’ın SDSM’nin VMRO DPMNE’ye baskı uygulayan bir ofisi ve enstrümanı olduğu söylemini yineledi.
