Hahn ayrıca Pırjino Anlaşmasının krizin üstesinden gelmek için en iyi yol olduğunu vurguladı.
Halka hitaben yaptığı konuşmada Hahn, liderleriniz iyi niyetle anlaşmayı uygulayarak ülkenizde hukukun üstünlüğünü geliştirmek için reformları acilen gerçekleştirmeleri gerektiğini ifade etti.
Hahn lidelerin yaptıkları çalışmalarda ülke çıkarlarını ve vatandaşların geleceğini ön planda tutmaları gerektiğinin de altını çizdi.
