Velika Kladusa şehrinde çok sayıda kadının katılımıyla yürüyüş düzenlendi.
Bosna Hersek’in kuzeybatısındaki Velika Kladusa şehrinde “Dünya Başörtüsü Günü” dolayısıyla yürüyüş düzenlendi.
Bosna Hersek İslam Birliği (Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı) Velika Kladusa Meclisi tarafından düzenlenen yürüyüşe çok sayıda kadın katıldı. Öğle namazının ardından Şehir Camisi’nden başlayan yürüyüşte, başörtüsüne karşı ön yargıların yıkılması gerektiği mesajı verildi.
İslam Birliği Velika Kladusa Meclisi Aile ve Evlilik Şubesi Koordinatörü Asmira Miljkovic Nadarevic, yaptığı açıklamada, organizasyonun başörtüsüne yönelik ön yargıyı kırmak amacıyla düzenlendiğini belirterek, “Başörtüsü bizim yaşam biçimimiz. Bu hakkı elimizden kimse almamalı.” diye konuştu.
Yürüyüşe katılanlardan Enisa Velic, uzun yıllar başörtüsü taktığını kaydederek, “Bu hayatta amaçlarımız var ve başörtüsü buna engel değil. Başörtüsü gururla taşıdığımız ve koruduğumuz bir olgu.” dedi.
İslam Birliği Velika Kladusa Meclisinden Osman Nadarevic ise Bosna Hersek’in devlet kurumlarında çalışan başörtülü kadınların haklarını desteklediklerini vurgulayarak, “İki yıl önce çıkartılan bir yasa ile devlet kurumlarında çalışan başörtülü kadınlarımıza ayrımcılık yapılmak istendi. Ülkemizde bu tarz ayrımcılığa asla izin vermeyeceğimizi bir kez daha hatırlatmak isterim.” ifadelerini kullandı.
DÜNYA BAŞÖRTÜSÜ GÜNÜ
ABD’de yaşayan Bangladeş kökenli Nazma Khan, başörtülü olmasından dolayı öğrenim hayatı ve günlük yaşamında karşılaştığı zorlukların ardından farkındalık oluşturmak adına 2013 yılında Dünya Başörtüsü Günü etkinliğini başlattı.
Nazma Khan’ın girişimiyle her 1 Şubat’ta kutlanmaya başlanan Dünya Başörtüsü Günü, başörtülü Müslüman kadınlar ile gayrimüslimler arasında hoşgörü ve anlayışı güçlendirmeyi amaçlıyor.
