Bulgaristan İstihdam Ajansı tarafından il istihdam komisyonlarının desteği ile şubat-mart aylarında gerçekleştirilen art arda üçüncü ve 2019 yılı için birinci olan işgücü piyasa araştırması sonuçları, Bulgaristan’daki işverenlerin kısa vadede önümüzdeki 12 ayda ve orta vadede 3-5 yıl sonra yüksek vasıflı profesyonel personele ihtiyacı olacağını gösteriyor.
Anket, ülkedeki 396 000 aktif işletme bazında ulusal düzeyde temsilidir. İşverenler, önümüzdeki 12 ay içinde yaklaşık 327 000 işçi ve uzmana ihtiyaç duyulacağını, onların 179 000’den biraz fazlasının uzman ve kalifiye eleman olacağını söylüyor.
Anket sonuçlarına göre en çok aranan meslek sahipleri gıda endüstrisi çalışanları, makine operatörleri, inşaat işçileri, terziler, güvenlik görevlileri, marangoz işçileri, inşaat montaj elemanları, mutfak şefleri ve başka işçilerdir.
Bulgaristan’da işverenler ayrıca nitelikli veya yüksek eğitimli 70 144 uzmana ihtiyaç duyuyor, en çok aranan beş meslek sahibi-öğretmenler, sürücüler, hemşireler, doktorlar ve makine mühendisleridir. Ayrıca 12 ay boyunca ekonominin farklı sektörlerinde çalışacak 77 710 vasıfsız işçi de gerekli olacaktır.
On işverenden sekizi, gelecek yıl sağlayacakları istihdam biçiminin esasen süresiz iş sözleşmesi ve tam zamanlı çalışma olacağını belirtiyor.
2018 yılında İstihdam Ajansı tarafından gerçekleştirilen işgücü piyasa araştırması sonuçlarına benzer bir şekilde işverenlerin çoğu, çalışanlarının kendini kontrol etme ve öz disiplin becerileri ve yoğun stres altında çalışma becerilere sahip olmalarını bekliyor. İşverenlerin yüzde 55,9’u çalışanlarının yeni teknolojileri kullanma becerisine, yüzde 55,6’sı ise müşterilerle çalışmak için bilgi ve becerilere sahip olmasını istiyor.
Ankete katılan 396 066 işletmeden yüzde 18,51’i veya 73 313’ü yeni personel alımı yapmayı düşünüyor, yüzde 78,4’ü veya 310 912’si işletme faaliyetini genişletmeyi düşünmüyor, ancak yüzde 3’ü veya 11 882’si personel sayısını azaltmayı düşünüyor.
Orta vadede 3-5 yıl sonra işverenlerin 22 500 enformatik alanında uzmana ve o kadar da ekonomi uzmanına ihtiyacı olacak.
Yüksek eğitimli uzmanlara en çok ihtiyaç duyacak sektörler önümüzdeki 3-5 yılda devlet yönetimi, eğitim, beşeri tıp olacak. Bu sektörlerde çalışacak toplam 48 391 uzmana ihtiyaç duyulacak.
İşverenlerin endüstri ile yakından ilişkili mesleklere sahip en fazla işgücü talep ettiği iller Sofya Kenti, Varna, Filibe, Rusçuk ve Plevne’dir.
