Protokolü Türk İşbirliği ve Koordinasyon Ajansı Başkanlığının (TİKA), Priştine Koordinatörü Hasan Burak Ceran, Yakova Belediye Başkanı Ardian Gjini ve Kültür, Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı Sekreteri Veton Firzi imzaladı.
Yakova Belediye Başkanı Gjini, imza töreninin ardından yaptığı konuşmada, TİKA tarafından restore edilecek Rüştiye Mektebi’nin şehrin en eski ve en değerli binalarından olduğunu söyledi.
TİKA’nın Kültür, Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığının da yardımıyla Yakova’da çok değerli birkaç yatırım yaptığını hatırlatan Gjini, yatırım yapılan alanlardan birisinin de eğitim olduğunu, yine TİKA tarafından restorasyonu gerçekleştirilen “Sadik Stavileci” Öğrenci Yurdu ile Küçük Medrese’nin çalışmalarının devam ettiğini aktardı.
Gjini, “Yakova her gün hem Kosova bütçesi hem de dostlarımızdan gelen bağışlar ile farklı bir görünüm ve karakter alıyor.” dedi.
TİKA Priştine Koordinatörü Ceran da Kosova genelinde uyguladıkları projeler içerisinde kültürel mirasın korunmasının önemli bir yer kapladığını belirtti.
Rüştiye Mektebi’ni kültürel faaliyetlerinin yer alacağı bir ortamın tekrardan Kosova toplumuna kazandırılmasında önemli bir mekan olarak değerlendirdiklerini söyleyen Ceran, “Özellikle kültürel faaliyetin yanı sıra Sadık Stavileci yurduyla da eğitim alanında Kosova’ya, Yakova’ya yatırımlarımız devam edecek.” ifadelerini kullandı.
Kosova Kültür, Gençlik ve Spor Bakan Yardımcısı Burbuqe Bakija Deva ise iş birliği protokolünün imzalanmasının bakanlık ile TİKA arasında gerçekleştirilen iş birliğinin devamı olduğunu kaydetti.
