Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ile Yunanistan Başbakanı Aleksis Çipras’ın Ege Denizi’ndeki sığınmacı olaylar esnasında acil durumlar ortaya çıktığında, ‘kırmızı hat’tan iletişime geçme konusunda anlaştıkları belirtildi.
Hürriyet Atina Temsilcisi Yorgo Kirbaki’nin haftalık Real News gazetesine dayandırdığı haberine göre, İstanbul’da geçen hafta başında düzenlenen BM Dünya İnsani Zirvesi sırasında Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın Yunanistan Başbakanı Aleksis Çipras ile görüşmesinde Türk-Yunan ilişkileri için önemli bir gelişme kaydedildi.
Erdoğan ile Çipras, acil durumlarda kullanmak üzere “kırmızı hat” olarak da bilinen direk iletişim hattı kurulmasında anlaştı. Erdoğan ile Çipras’ın Ege’de gerginlikler ve muhtemel bir kazadan kaçınılması amacıyla “kırmızı hat”ta anlaştıklarını belirten gazete, aynı görüşmede mülteciler ile ilgili Türkiye-AB anlaşmasının devam edeceğine ilişkin iyimserliğin de dile getirildiğini kaydetti.
