15 Ekim 2017 tarihinde Makedonya’da 6. kez yerel seçimler düzenlenecek. 1 milyon 814 bin 644 kayıtlı seçmenin 80 belediye ve Üsküp Büyükşehir Belediyesi dahil olmak üzere 3 bin 480 oy kullanma yerinde yerel yönetimler için kendilerine en uygun adayları seçecek. TİMEBALKAN ekibi olarak Müslüman ve Türk nufüsün yoğun olarak yaşadığı bazı belediyelerdeki son durumu sizin için derledik. 2013 yerel seçim sonuçları, bu seçimdeki adayları ve vaatlerini analiz edeceğimiz “2017 yerel seçimler özel” haberlerimize Studeniçan Belediyesi ile devam ediyoruz.
TİMEBALKAN SEÇİM ÖZEL
Studeniçan Belediyesi Makedonya’nın merkezi bir belediyesidir. Üsküp Kenti’nin kuzeyinde yer alan Studeniçan Belediyesi, Kuzeybatısında Sopişte Belediyesi, Güneye doğru Čaška Belediyesi, Doğuya doğru Zelenikovo Belediyesi ve kuzeydoğusunda Petrovec Belediyesi ile komşudur. Makedonya’da 2002 yılında yapılan nüfus sayımına göre Studeniçan Belediyesi’nde 17 bin 246 kişi yaşamaktadır. 2002 istatistiklerine göre Studeniçan’da, Arnavutlar – 11.793 (% 68.4), Türkler – 3.285 (% 19.1), Boşnaklar – 1,662 (% 9,6), Makedonlar – 309 (% 1.8), diğerleri = 197 (% 1.1) yaşamaktadır. 2013 Yerel seçimlerinde sadece kayıtlı seçmen olarak 13 bin 944 kişinin kayıtlı olması, güncel nufüs sayımının zorunluluğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
Siyasi partiler 15 Ekim yerel seçimleri için önemli oranda Türk nufüsün da yaşadığı Studeniçan Belediyesi başkanlığı için adaylarını açıkladı. Arnavut Demokratik Partisi’nin (PDSH) adayı 2013 yılında yerel seçimleri kazanan ve Studeniçan Belediyesi’nin mevcut başkanı olan Azem Sadiku. BDİ’nin Belediye Başkan adayı Femi Yonuzi, BESA Hareketi’nin adayı Recep Memedi, Arnavut İttifakı adayı ise Mecit İmeri oldu.
Arnavut Demokratik Partisi (PDSH) Belediye Başkan adayı Azem Sadiku
2000 – 2005 ve 2013 – 2017 döneminde Studeniçan Belediyesi Başkanlığı görevini yürüten Arnavut Demokratik Partisi (PDSH) üyesi Azem Sadiku, ileriki dönemde başkan seçilmesi halinde altyapı çalışmalarında devam edeceği, yerel ekonominin canlandırılası ve belediyenin gelişmesi için yeni projeler geliştireceğinin sözünü verdi. PDSH adayı Azem Sadiku, yol asfaltlama projelerinin çoğunun seçim tarihinin ilanı ve belediye başkanlarının görev süresinin sona ediği nisan ayından sonra tamamlandığı yönündeki iddiaları reddetti. Azem Sadiku gerçekleştirdiği konuşmalarda, kendi dönemlerinde Studeniçan’da yollarının durumunun çok kötü olduğunu ve kendilerinin 5.5 km yol asfalt döşediklerini hatırlatıyor. Sadiku, Seçmenlerin neden kendisine oy vermeleri gerektiği sorusuna ise “beni neden seçmeleri gerektiğinin birçok nedeni var. Ben ve ekip arkadaşlarım bunu konuşarak değil çalışarak ve ortaya koyduğumuz işlerle gösterdik” açıklamasında bulundu. Sadiku’ya göre Studeniçan’da yarış kendisi ve BDİ adayı arasında geçecek.
BESA Hareketi Belediye Başkan adayı Recep Memedi
BESA Hareketi’nin Studeniçan Belediye Başkanı adayı Recep Memedi oldu. Recep Memedi’nin seçim vaatleri arasında, Studeniçan Belediyesi’nde bir lise binası yapmak var. Recep Memedi’nin vaatleri arasında lise binasının yanı sıra ilkokulların koşullarının düzeltilmesi ve eğitimde politizasyonun kaldırılması ve kalitesinin yükseltilmesi, altyapı çalışmaları, spor salonları, çocuklar için yeni yuvalar projeleri yer alıyor. Studeniçan Belediyesi’nin kentsel belediye olmanın standartlarını karşılamadığını söyleyen BESA Hareketi adayı Memedi, ilkokullarda çocukların eğitimlerini rahatça alacakları yeterli boş alan olmadığını, öncelikli hedeflerinin eğitimde değişiklikler yapmak olduğunu açıkladı.
Türk Meclis üyesi adayları
Türk Demokratik Partisi (TDP) meclis üyeliği seçimlerine kendi listesiyle katılıyor. TDP’nin Studeniçan Belediyesi meclis üyeliği liste taşıyıcısı Amid Memed olacak. TDP 2013 yerel seçimlerinde meclis üyeliği yarışında 655 oy alarak 15 üyeli belediye meclisinden 1 üye çıkarmayı başardı.
Türk Hareket Partisi’nin (THP) adayı ise “Makedonya’da herkes için Yaşam” koalisyonu meclis üyeliği listesinde yer alan Cevat Azemovski olacak.
2013 Yerel Seçimleri
Studeniçan’da 2013 yerel seçimlerinde 13 bin 944 kayıtlı seçmenden 8 bin 214’ü 21 oy kullanma yerinde sandık başına gitti. Bunlardan 8 bin 082’i geçerli oy iken 132 geçersiz oy çıktı. 2013 Yerel seçimleri Birinci Turda: BDİ Fatih İseni 3 bin 567 oy (%44.14), PDSH Azem Sadiku 2 bin 971 oy (%36.76), RDK Meşahir İsmaili 1 bin 544 (%19,10).
İkinci tura giden PDSH adayı Azem Sadiku 4 bin 225 oy alarak (%50, 15) Studeniçan Belediye Başkanlığı’na seçildi. Rakibi BDİ’den Fatih İseni ise, 4 bin 199 (%49.85) oy aldı.
