İsrail ordusundan yapılan yazılı açıklamaya göre, Batı Şeria’nın çeşitli bölgelerinde gece düzenlenen operasyonlarda “terör eylemlerine karıştıkları” iddiasıyla 16 Filistinli gözaltına alındı.
Açıklamada, gözaltına alınan Filistinlilerin sorgulanmak üzere bölgedeki gözaltı merkezine sevk edildiği belirtildi.
Açıklamada ayrıca, İsrail güçlerinin dün akşam Batı Şeria’daki Ofra Yahudi yerleşim birimi yakınlarında 6 Yahudi yerleşimciye saldırı düzenleyen Filistinlileri aradığı kaydedildi.
İsrail Başbakanı Binyamin Netanyahu ise dün gerçekleştirilen eylemle ilgili yaptığı yazılı açıklamada, “Güvenlik güçleri, suçluları yakalayana kadar operasyonlarına devam edecektir.” ifadesini kullandı.
İşgal altındaki Batı Şeria ve Doğu Kudüs’te sık sık evlere baskın düzenleyen İsrail güçleri, çeşitli iddialarla Filistinlileri gözaltına alıyor.
Filistin resmi kaynaklarına göre, İsrail hapishanelerinde 430’u idari tutuklu, 6’sı milletvekili ve 270’i çocuk olmak üzere 6 bin Filistinli tutuklu bulunuyor.
Batı Şeria’daki Ofra Yahudi yerleşim birimi yakınlarında dün akşam durakta bekleyenlerin üzerine hareket halindeki bir araçtan ateş açılması sonucu biri ağır olmak üzere 6 İsrailli yaralanmıştı.
